Who is BookFlow for?

How does the free trial work?
You get 48 hours of full access, no card needed. Then you choose a plan: €59.99 incl. VAT per month with no commitment, or a longer, cheaper-per-month period.
Are there differences between the plans?
No. Every plan includes the same features. Only the billing period changes.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They book straight from your link, in their browser. If they create an account, they find all their bookings in one place.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes, from a CSV file (from Excel or Google Sheets: “Save as”, then CSV), or from your current software’s export. You check everything before confirming the import.
Does my link change if I edit my services or opening hours?
No. Your link and QR code are permanent: they keep working whatever you change.
Do I need employees to use BookFlow?
No. There is no minimum: you can use BookFlow alone, and add employee accounts the day you need them, at no extra charge.
Is there a BookFlow app?
BookFlow works in any browser, on computer, tablet and phone. Installable apps are listed on the Download page, with their link as soon as they are released.
How does leave work for my employees?
The employee requests leave from their account. You approve, refuse or change the request. An approved leave shows in the calendar and their slots are no longer offered for booking.
Is BookFlow suited to a restaurant?
Yes. You draw your floor plan, customers book for a party size, and a suitable table is assigned. You also manage your menu and your events.
