Customer reviews and criteria

1. 1Only a customer whose appointment is completed can leave a review.
2. 2They rate the whole visit and your sector’s criteria (for example food, service, atmosphere for a restaurant). You can choose up to 5 criteria in Reviews.
3. 3The customer chooses to appear with their first name, full name, or anonymously.
4. 4Reply to every review: your answer shows under theirs.

You can neither edit nor delete a review: that is what makes them trustworthy.
